About an hour drive from Vancouver, past the Brittania Mining Museum and Shannon Falls is the town of Squamish. It is a small town of logging and mining with many grand mountains in the background. Next to a RV park is a small mini golf and ice cream shop. We played 18 holes and luckily the weather held out while we were there. It poured as soon as we got back in the car. The grounds were pleasantly landscaped and the turf  and equipment looked pretty new.

We had a spontaneous trip to Oahu for three whole weeks. These are only a few of the things we did while we were there. It was great to see family, friends and the dogs again. Hawaii will always be our second home.
