We made our chocolate ice cream the old fashioned way, with heavy cream, whole milk, egg yolks, sugar and chocolate. It came out thick, creamy and delicious. Then we topped it with whipped cream, raspberries, cherries and walnuts. It was funny because we ate them when we got home from the dentist.
