Kids Baking- Apple Strudel with Vanilla Almond Ice Cream

We used up the remainder of our phyllo dough to make apple strudel. Together with the ice cream it was declared one of the best desserts ever. Hot and cold, flaky and creamy, subtle yet bold. It was so yummy we even made it twice.
