Weekly Baking Project- Nectarine Cobbler







As we finished up our studies of London we decided to make cobbler. Cobbler is cooked fruit with a biscuit topping and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. Our fruit bowl was full of nectarines so we made English Nectarine Cobbler instead of the traditional apple. We also discussed the differences between cobbler, crisp, and crumble. To me they all taste really similar.
