Weekly Baking Project: Dark Chocolate Pudding with Raspberries and Sprinkles








Sage chose dark chocolate pudding as this week's baking project. In addition to mixing, measuring and pouring, the boys also learned about heating milk, tempering eggs, and chopping and melting chocolate. They also learned to place parchment on the pudding before refrigerating so a skin doesn't form. They watched as whipped cream turned from liquid to a thick cream and they got to pipe their own whipped cream onto the pudding and add sprinkles of their choosing.
